Out of love and concern for our customers, our associates and their families, around the COVID-19 pandemic, we temporarily closed all stores.

WHEN WILL YOUR STORES RE-OPEN?

We’re taking a phased approach, re-opening stores when it’s allowed by state and local authorities, when we’re prepared with adequate staff, when we’ve implemented the right safety measures and protocols, and can confidently ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and associates. We appreciate your patience and look forward to seeing you in our stores again soon.

Select stores in Indiana and Oklahoma are now open.

By mid-May, we anticipate being able to re-open stores in:
Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas.

By the end of May, we expect to re-open stores in:
Arkansas, California, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia and Washington.

I’M DUE TO HAVE MY 6-MONTH JEWELRY INSPECTION. WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY LIFETIME CARE PLAN IF I CAN’T MAKE IT IN?

We are waiving jewelry inspections during this time. There is no risk of your warranty lapsing. As our stores re-open and the concerns around COVID-19 lessen, we will offer jewelry inspections again. MY STORE ORDERED MY JEWELRY. WHAT WILL HAPPEN WITH IT?

We are experiencing some shipping delays because of disruptions related to our country’s response to COVID-19. We are continuing to process and ship orders as soon as possible. If a store closing impacts your order, we have begun a phased re-opening of our stores and will contact you by email with any updates to your order status.

HOW DO I MAKE A LAYAWAY PAYMENT?
