WHY DID YOU CLOSE YOUR STORE LOCATIONS?

Out of love and concern for our customers, our associates and their families, around the COVID-19 pandemic, we temporarily closed all stores.

WHEN WILL YOUR STORES RE-OPEN?

We’re taking a phased approach, re-opening stores when it’s allowed by state and local authorities, when we’re prepared with adequate staff, when we’ve implemented the right safety measures and protocols, and can confidently ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and associates. We appreciate your patience and look forward to seeing you in our stores again soon.

Select stores in Indiana and Oklahoma are now open.

By mid-May, we anticipate being able to re-open stores in:
Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas.

By the end of May, we expect to re-open stores in:

We are waiving jewelry inspections during this time. There is no risk of your warranty lapsing. As our stores re-open and the concerns around COVID-19 lessen, we will offer jewelry inspections again.
